We’re Are You Mad – the Waste Design Studio that’stransforming discarded materials into household objects, furniture, and shop fits. We work with the world’s most culturally relevant brands to tackle global issues with hyper-local solutions, and now we’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to help us take things to the next level.

You’ll be the bridge between AYM and the brands that get it. The ones who want to do better and make a real difference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your main gig? Building and growing brand partnerships that amplify our mission. But there’s a bit more to it than that. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Generating New Business: You’ll be the hunter, not the gatherer. Seeking out opportunities and opening doors with brands that are ready to make a difference.

• Client Liaison and Relationship Building: We don’t do transactional. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships that go beyond contracts and emails.

• Creative Ideation and Brainstorming: You’ll be in the room where it happens, contributing to big ideas and helping shape projects that challenge the status quo.

• Project Oversight: You won’t just pass the baton – you’ll stay involved from ideation to execution, working closely with the AYM team to make sure projects hit the mark.

• Public Relations and Event Hosting: From press launches to workshops, you’ll be the face of AYM, leading public relations efforts and making sure events go off without a hitch.

• Team Collaboration: Daily and weekly check-ins with the AYM crew to keep projects on track and the vibe on point.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced in Brand Partnerships: You’ve got experience building relationships and closing deals in an agency setting.

• Creative and Strategic Thinker: You don’t just follow trends – you set them. You know how to connect the dots between culture, creativity, and business.

• Excellent Communicator: You can charm the pants off a boardroom and inspire a crowd.

• Passionate About Sustainability: You care about making a difference and aren’t afraid to challenge brands to do better.

• Hands-On and Proactive: You get stuff done. Simple as that.

• Background in PR: Is preferable and connected to brands and people in London

Who We Are:

Are You Mad was founded by Nadeem Daniel, James Suckling, and Lotte Selwood in 2021. We started by building a recycling centre on Carnaby Street, recycling over 20 tonnes of plastic waste in one year, employing young people, and partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands to promote circularity.
